Vegan Green Goddess

Green Goddess Dressing is a creamy dressing from the 1920's at the Palace Hotel in San Francisco. Here is a creamy, fermented, vegan variation….

 

1/2 cup BAO Raw Slaw Verdura, with the liquid

1 ripe avocado

1/2 cup fresh basil leaves (packed)

1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves (packed)

1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped

1/4 cup hemp seed oil (or extra virgin olive oil )

salt and pepper

 

Mix everything into a blender

Taste and serve.

Great as a salad dressing or vegetable dip
